  • We do most of our shipping through the United States Postal Service.  Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling, & other associated fees.  Shipping is a fixed price and is NON-negotiable.
  • We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 11:00am Mountain Standard Time the same day.  Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, some orders may ship the following morning.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.  Orders placed after 11:00 am Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the following morning.
  • Every order has a prepaid return label included for your convenience. If you need to return an item, please contact us for an RMA number to send it back for a refund or exchange.
  • We apologize, but local pick-ups is not available.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once item(s) have shipped.
  • We ship Monday – Friday.  If you require overnight shipping for Saturday delivery, please call us at 877.853.2927
  • All shipping claims must be settled with respective providers.
  • All shipping costs are  non-refundable.
  • We ship within USA and Canada only. Shipping to AK, HI, and PR is subject to additional shipping fees.
  • We do NOT ship to APOs or FPOs.
  • Cellular Trendz, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes of any kind when item(s) are shipped outside the USA including, but not limited to, Canada & Puerto Rico.
  • We will use USPS to ship all item(s) for customers that provide P.O. Box addresses.


Return Policy

  • Cellular Trendz, LLC will not accept any item for return that does not have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This number can be obtained by contacting us. 1-877-853-2927 or info@cellulartrendz.com. No refund will be issued until the item is returned to Cellular Trendz, LLC and inspection is completed.
    • If you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you may return item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of original delivery date.  Each return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Cellular Trendz, LLC. 
    • A prepaid return label is provided with every order. Contact Cellular Trendz to obtain a RMA number before sending your item back.  Most problems can be resolved with a quick phone call or email!
    • Once a RMA number has been assigned, please write the number somewhere on the package before sending it back.
    • Any missing or damaged items returned to Cellular Trendz, LLC will be assessed accordingly. Customer may be liable for costs associated with damaged products.
    • Please note that a RMA number does not guarantee a full refund, as all returns are subject to inspection and shipping deductions when applicable. 
    • All items must be returned in a cardboard box, preferably the original box we used to ship the device to you.  DO NOT return items in padded envelopes. Customer is responsible for deactivating and wiping all data from every device.  This includes iCloud/FindMyiPhone accounts and Samsung Activation Lock.  Phones returned that are still active cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    • Items returned will be tested by Cellular Trendz, LLC technicians.  If a technician is unable to replicate the problem specified by customer, customer will be charged the total cost of all the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee (Minimum $10.00). If shipping was free to the customer, shipping charges originally covered by Cellular Trendz, LLC will be assessed to the customer.  This will include both original and return shipping costs.
    • Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned back to you.
    • Any and all item(s) returned by the shipping company due to return to sender, missing apartment number(s), incorrect street number(s), incorrect address and/or refusal of delivery will be refunded less: 1) Original shipping fee, 2) $10.00 return fee and 3) 15% restocking fee.  All three charges will apply.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  If a customer received free shipping and handling on original order, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
    • SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE (If returning an item, fees apply even if shipping was free on original order).


  • We test all of our phones before we sell them.  Each phone undergoes a 37 point inspection to ensure only quality products are sent to our customers.  If you have questions regarding our testing process, please email your questions to info@cellulartrendz.com
  • Cellular Trendz is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues, e.g., MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, Data Transfers, etc.  These features are the responsibility of your service provider.  Most of these problems can be fixed by updating the APN setting in the device for your provider.  Customers are responsible for ensuring the product's compatibility with their service provider. 


  • Cellular Trendz 30 Day Warranty covers:
    • o    Phone functionality, we fully test each device
    • o    Charging & syncing ports
    • o    Activation (as long as the phone matches the network)
    • o    LCD Functionality
    • o    Functionality of all keys & touch screens
    • o    All accessories
  • Our coverage does not cover the following:                                   
    • o    Accidental damage: e.g. water damage, cracked glass or screen, etc.
    • o    We are not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues, e.g. MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, Data Transfers, etc.  These features are the responsibility of your service provider.  Most of these problems can be fixed by updating the APN setting in the device for your provider.  Customers are responsible for ensuring the product's compatibility with their service provider.
    • o    Battery life (used items only).
