• We do most of our shipping through UPS.  Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling, & other associated fees.  Shipping is a fixed price and is NON-negotiable.

• We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7:00) the same day.  Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, some orders may ship the following morning.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.  Orders placed after 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7:00) will be shipped the following morning.
• We apologize but local pick-up's are not available.
• Tracking information will be sent out to you upon item(s) being shipped.
• We ship Monday – Friday.  If you require an overnight shipping for Saturday delivery, please call us at 303-539-6956.
• All shipping claims must be settled with UPS and/ or USPS.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• We ship within USA and Canada. Shipping to AK, HI, and PR are subject to additional shipping fees.
• We do NOT ship to APOs or FPOs.
• Cellular Trendz, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes of any kind when item(s) are shipped outside the USA including, but not limited to, Canada & Puerto Rico.
• We will use USPS to ship all item(s) for customers that provide P.O. box addresses.

Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization number from Cellular Trendz, LLC.  Any missing or damaged items returned to Cellular Trendz, LLC. will be assessed accordingly.  Any items returned due to lack of reading product description will be assessed a 15% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $10.00.  Web and mail order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  For an RMA number, call customer service at 877.286.0406 or fill out a problem form at [ Report a Problem page ]. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee a full refund as all returns are subject to inspection.  All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton.  We retain the right to either charge you or reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents of cartons.  We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • Phone functionality
  • Charging & syncing ports
  • Activation (as long as the phone matches the network)
  • LCD functionality
  • Functionality of all keys
  • All accessories
• Our coverage does not include the following
  • Cosmetics
  • Service dependent features, i.e., MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, data transfers, etc. These services are the responsibility of your service provider.
  • Battery life (used items only).
• If you do experience a problem with an item, please visit [Report a Problem page] and fill out the problem form.
• If an item is DOA, please let us know within 72 hours after the item was delivered so that we may assist you. Report this to us by filling out the problem at [ Report a Problem page ]
• Customer is responsible for deactivating all returned phones.  Phones returned that are still active (or on a no-pay, lost or stolen list) will not be refunded.
• Items returned to us for a specific problem and Cellular Trendz, LLC. cannot replicate the problem will be assessed a 15% restocking fee or a minimum charge of $10.00.
• Any and all item(s) returned to us by the shipping company due to return to sender, missing apartment number(s), incorrect street number(s), incorrect address and/or refusal of delivery will be refunded less the original shipping fee, less $10.00 return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
• Any item being returned must have an RMA number provided by Cellular Trendz.  All others will be refused and returned to sender.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for any/all return shipping and handling fees.

Testing

• We test all our phones before we sell them.  Each phone undergoes a 27 point inspection to ensure only quality products are sent to our customers.  If you have questions regarding our testing process, please email your questions to info@cellulartrendz.com
• Cellular Trendz is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues, i.e., MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, Data Transfers, etc.  These features are the responsibility of your service provider.  Customers are responsible for ensuring the product's compatibility with their service provider.
• AT&T/Cingular Customer Please Read: AT&T/Cingular only uses the 850 MHZ frequency in certain parts of the US.  If you are purchasing a unit that does not have 850 MHZ for use with AT&T/Cingular, you must first contact AT&T/Cingular to ensure compatibility prior to purchase.  Phones returned for this reason will be subject to a restocking fee minus the shipping fees.
