Shipping Information

• Most of our shipping is through UPS.  Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling, & any other associated fees.  Shipping is a fixed price and is NOT negotiable.
• We can only ship to your credit card's billing address & Confirmed Addresses through Pay Pal.  Click Here for more information on Pay Pal Confirmed Addresses.
• We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7:00) the same day.  Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, some orders may ship the following morning.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-7:00) will be shipped the following morning.
• Local pick-up's are not available. We apologize. 
• Tracking information will be sent out to you upon item(s) being shipped.
• We ship Monday – Friday.  If you need an item(s) sent overnight for Saturday delivery, please call us at (303) 539-6956.
• All shipping claims must be settled with UPS or USPS.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• We ship world wide through Bongo International.
• We do NOT ship to APOs or FPOs.
• Cellular Trendz, LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes of any kind when item(s) are shipped outside the USA, including, but not limited to, Canada & Puerto Rico.
• We use USPS to ship all item(s) for customers that provide a P.O. box address.

• 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
• 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
• 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
• 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
• 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
• 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
