Shipping
- Shipping charges
- We do most of our shipping through UPS. Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling & any other associated fees. Shipping is a fixed price and is NOT negotiable.

- We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-7:00) the same day. Do to some unforeseen circumstances outside of our control some orders may ship the following morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-7:00) will be shipped the following morning.
- Local Pick-Up's are not available. Sorry.
- Tracking information will be sent out to you upon item(s) being shipped.
- We only ship Monday – Friday if you need something overnight for Saturday delivery please give us a call 303-539-6956.
- All Shipping claims must be settled with UPS and or USPS.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- We only ship in the USA and Canada. Shipping to AK, HI and PR will be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We do NOT ship to APOs or FPOs.
- Cellular Trendz, LLC is not responsible for any Duties or Taxes of any kinds when item(s) are shipped out side the USA including but not limited to Canada & Puerto Rico.
- We will use USPS to ship all item(s) for customers that provide a PO boxes.

Return Policy
- Orders From Amazon.com
- You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online [ Returns Center ], and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. For an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 303-539-6956 or fill out the problem form at [ Report a Problem page ]. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

- If item is DOA please let us know in 72 hours after the item was delivered so we can assist you. Report this to us by filling out the problem at [ Report a Problem page ]
- Any and all item(s) retuned to us by the shipping company due to return to sender, missing apartment number, wrong street number, wrong address & refusal of delivery will be refunded less the original shipping fee, less $10.00 return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
- Any item being returned must have an RMA number provided by Cellular Trendz. All others will be refused and returned to sender.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for any/all return shipping and handling fees.
Testing
- We test all our phones before listing them. Let me explain the testing process we apply to our used phones. 1. We turn the phone on to make sure it powers up. 2. We examine the LCD to make sure that it display's properly. 3. We make a test call to determine whether the phone connects to the network. This test also verifies that the earpiece speaker is in proper working order. Because we sell so many phones this is the extent of our testing.
- Cellular TrendZ is not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the products compatibility with there service provider IE. MMS, GPRS, WAP SMS, Data Transfers this the responsibility of your service provider.
- AT&T/Cingular Customer Please Read: AT&T/Cingular only uses the 850 MHZ frequency in certain parts of the US . If you are purchasing a unit that does not have 850 MHZ for use with AT&T/Cingular you must contact AT&T/Cingular to ensure compatibility Prior to Purchase. Returned phones for this reason will be subject to a restocking fee minus the shipping fee's.
